BURANI RAITA RECIPE COOKING METHODS :
- Chop onion, add ginger garlic paste and fry in hot oil until golden; .
- Add mutton, salt and chilli powder and fry well. Add little water and cook the meat till it is cooked well.
- Tie the curd in a cloth and squeeze to drain the water well.
- Add little salt to it.
- Arrange the fried meat on a plate. Then pour curd and add onions and mint leaves and mix.
