PRAWNS IN GARLIC SAUCE PREPRATION
1.Shell and de-vein prawns. Wash well.
2. Heat oil for deep frying. Add prawns and remove after a minute.
3. Heat a little oil in a pan. Add finely crushed garlic and ginger and then add prawns and sauté for a minute.
4. Add seasoning, tomato sauce and stock. Add diced spring onions and cornflour blended in a little cold water.
5. Cook till gravy thickens.
6. Remove and serve hot.
