- Cut the brinjals lengthwise
- Salt all the pieces.
- Pour water in the vessel and let it boil. Cut the onion and put it in hot water and let it boil for a while.
- After the water evaporates, add oil and fry until brown.
- Add the chopped meat and saute for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add salt, tomato and pepper and saute separately for one more minute.
- Squeeze out the water from the brinjals and fry until brown.
- Arrange fried eggplant in a pan. Spread the spice mix mixed with the meat on top of the brinjals.
- Cover with béchamel sauce and bake until golden on top.
