Lamb barley and vegetable soup recipe

lamb barley and vegetable soup preparation method:

  1. Boil water and spices in a pot.
  2. Cut the mutton into small pieces and fry in butter.
  3. Add the meat to the boiling water.
  4. Boil the meat for about 2 hours.
  5. Meanwhile, clean the root vegetables and cut them into 1.5 cm pieces.
  6. In another bowl grease the chopped vegetables and sprinkle with flour and mash them with a spoon.
  7. Take 300 ml stock and add to vegetables. Cover the pan and simmer for 30 minutes.
  8. Once the mutton is cooked well, remove it from the soup and remove the bones.
  9. Remove excess fat from the soup.
  10. Add meat and vegetables with parsley.
  11. Bring to a boil and then taste and serve.
