lamb barley and vegetable soup preparation method:
- Boil water and spices in a pot.
- Cut the mutton into small pieces and fry in butter.
- Add the meat to the boiling water.
- Boil the meat for about 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, clean the root vegetables and cut them into 1.5 cm pieces.
- In another bowl grease the chopped vegetables and sprinkle with flour and mash them with a spoon.
- Take 300 ml stock and add to vegetables. Cover the pan and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Once the mutton is cooked well, remove it from the soup and remove the bones.
- Remove excess fat from the soup.
- Add meat and vegetables with parsley.
- Bring to a boil and then taste and serve.
