Spring onion soup recipe

INGREDIENTS QUANTITY

SPRING ONION 1 BUNCH
SOY SAUCE 2 TSP
SESAME OIL 1 TSP
MINCED GARLIC 2 CLOVE
SLICED MUSHROOMS 1 CUP
CARROTS 1 CUP
FIRM TOFU 200 g
RICE NEED TO RECIPE
GINGER 1 TSP

SPRING ONION SOUP PREPARATION

Saute the spices: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and grated ginger and saute until fragrant.
Add the vegetables: Add the chopped mushrooms, carrots and the white parts of the onion to the pan. Fry for 4 minutes until vegetables are soft.
Adding Tofu: Pour some water in a cube and add tofu. Adding this encourages the vegetables to absorb the flavor.
Addition of soy sauce: Drizzle some soy sauce.
Finishing: Lift the green parts of the spring onion, stir an additional minute, and remove from the heat.
Serve with rice: Fry your spring onions over cooked rice.
