Swedish Cabbage Rolls Kaldolmar Recipe method

  1. Remove the outer skin of the cabbage.
  2. Do not remove the middle leaf.
  3. Boil the leaves in boiling water for three minutes.
  4. Add pepper, egg, salt and beef and mix.
  5. Apply this masala mixture all over the leaves.
  6. Roll the masala leaves.
  7. Heat butter and brown Kaldolmer in a pan on both sides.
  8. Carefully take out the dalmars. Remove the rolled leaves and place on a hot dish.
  9. Pour milk into the pan. Mix well with rice.
  10. Strain and pour around Kaltholmar.

SERVING
