Swedish Cabbage Rolls Kaldolmar Recipe method
- Remove the outer skin of the cabbage.
- Do not remove the middle leaf.
- Boil the leaves in boiling water for three minutes.
- Add pepper, egg, salt and beef and mix.
- Apply this masala mixture all over the leaves.
- Roll the masala leaves.
- Heat butter and brown Kaldolmer in a pan on both sides.
- Carefully take out the dalmars. Remove the rolled leaves and place on a hot dish.
- Pour milk into the pan. Mix well with rice.
- Strain and pour around Kaltholmar.
SERVING
Swedish Cabbage Rolls can be served warm with a thick gravy, or served with baked potatoes, lingonberry sauce and a sprinkling of fresh parsley.
